Hello Paleo Friends! I hope that you have had lovely holidays with family and friends and are looking forward to the new year. Even if you indulged a bit over the holidays there is no reason you can’t get right back on track with eating real, nutrient-dense food that you know will support your health and well being. Remember you are not on this paleo journey alone. Our Paleo Greenville community is growing! I hope you will enjoy hearing about our Meetup dinner at Bacon Bros. and consider coming to several of the fun events we have planned for 2016.
Paleo Greenville Day at Bethel Trails Farm
Saturday January 2, 10:00AM
2302 Friendship Church Rd, Gray Court, SC
Our friends at Bethel Trails Farm have graciously agreed to host a private farm tour and offer exclusive discounts for our Paleo Greenville Community.
We will meet at 10:00 AM and go on a short farm tour to see the pigs, chickens, ducks and more! Ask the farmer any questions you have about their feeding and care. This will be a great opportunity to learn about local, pastured meats.
We have two exciting deals for that Saturday, so come with a shopping list to take advantage of these discounts!
- 1 Free pack of ground pork with a $50 purchase. Limit one per family. I will have a recipe sheet handout with a few of my favorite kitchen-tested and family approved recipes featuring Bethel Trails ground pork so you can make some tasty paleo dishes.
- 5% discount on all Paleo Greenville member purchases.
Bacon Bros Meetup Recap
The Meetup dinner at Bacon Bros. on December 17th was a big success. Seven people gathered to share good food, authentic conversation and discuss our paleo journeys. Jimmy Moore, author, podcaster, and web personality and his wife Christine were there to show their local support. Jimmy gave a signed copy of his latest book to everyone at the table. It was a great night and I hope you can join us for our upcoming dinner at Stella’s Bistro in Simpsonville on January 19, 2016.

It has always been part of my plan to build our paleo group into a community that will be able to meet and share ideas and good food. We have had some successful potlucks, and I appreciate everyone’s support to do even more get togethers.
